You think £60 is a lot? I will give you a news flash - you are allowed to spend money if you have it. Go out for a few drinks and you soon go past that. Nothing to do with “being stupid” Its a nice handy mount, sure I grabbed it. Why would I not.
The “stupid” is a very poor response to people who either cannot get it or are on some high horse - not that anyone cares.
Yes, I think 60 gbp (90 dollars, 78 euros) is a lot for an ingame mount that isn’t even unique and should just have been an ingame mount – oh wait, it was but it was removed to get you fools to spend real money for one instead.
And before you give me the argument of “but the original brutosaur was more expensive if converted to wow tokens” okay who told you to buy it with wow tokens? Play the game and you’ll be swimming in gold in no-time and you could’ve easily bought the original one for free.
I can buy my friends and I ten rounds at my local pub and it won’t even cost me half as much as this mount.
Because you could’ve spend that money wiser.
Buy your partner or your mother a gift? Take family out to dinner? Pay a part of your rent? Groceries? A thousand other better ways to spend 90 bucks?
Stupid is a perfect word to describe people who spend money on stupid crap.

If anyone is getting the itch to swipe their card for another mount there’s a cool flaming motor bike out with USA energy drinks, you can order a few crates and ship them to where you live and hope for the cool bike.
Flaming bike looks significantly cooler than the dinosaur.

I had one for 3 years. That’s 8 Long Bois of wasted money.
We get rinsed for all sorts of stupid stuff here. At least buying Long Boi was my choice.
Was it though? when the alternative was purposefully removed from the game, thus forcing you to buy the new one for real money since you have no other choice if you want a brutosaur?
I would have had to buy the original with real money too as I had no gold back when it was removed and I didn’t want to farm it.
The new one is way better and cheaper. It was my choice to not buy the first one and to buy the second one.

Isn’t the new one something like 1.2 million if bought with gold? That’s way cheaper.
It would have cost me hundreds of IRL money to buy tokens. I’ve never even had over 1 million gold at one time.
Time is money. It takes me way less time to get £60 than to get millions of gold.
It is 100% cheaper then the old one and alot aswell.
The old one was 5 million gold or 20/21 tokens back then and tokens sold for 195k to 200k gold.
That will put the price of the old one at 500eu + to buy it.
This one is aprox 1,8 mill gold or 78eu tell me how it is not cheaper in your opinion.

The reason the new one is $90 is because no-one would of paid $500 for it.
5m gold? that’s worth “nothing” in people’s eyes, especially people who had the 5m gold anyway.
I just feel that people who actually bought $500 of tokens will be rightfully annoyed.
Yes 5 mill gold is small change i agree if you dont have millions you doing it wrong.
Making or getting gold is verry verry easy ingame.
But for most people 5 mill was alot of gold let alone 500eu as hardly anyone has the old longboi.
4% of accounts have the old longboi so that contradicts your statement that 5 mill gold wass nothing.
Somehow i hope nobody paid $500 for the AH mount unless they are super rich in real life

This logic is flawed because gold is objectively easier to come by than real money.
Especially in past expansions the game was literally flooded with gold. Do ya’ll not remember WoD where garrisons alone made you tons of money by doing literally nothing? There have been dozens of such cases over time.
It has historically been incredibly easy to make millions of gold just by playing casually and if you did some saving you could very easily end up with enough of it to buy the Brutosaur.
You can keep comparing the prices “if 5 mil is converted into tokens” but that’s invalid when you realize that the gold ingame is far easier to come by than real money, usually just handed to you for free in the hundreds of thousands simpy by just playing the game.
I don’t even play retail consistently but even now in TWW I’ve made 200k or something just by PvPing and getting honor as a byproduct. Had I not spent 80% of my honor gearing alts I’d have had triple that with literally zero effort involved, not even aiming to make gold.

Having a few 100k is normal but having several millions or 10’s of millions is rare.

If you can get several hundred thousand then you can also get one million and thus you can also get five million.
It really is not difficult. It just takes self control.
Believe it or not, some people can spend £60 and its not a worry at all. I would suggest you find a way to make a decent living instead of being jealous of people who can do this. I can go out for a great meal, spend money in a pub drinking something better than the swill you apparently do and more. Its £60. its nothing but to you it seems to be everything. You think spending on this means you cannot spend on anything else lmao. Enjoy poverty. Will leave you to it.
I don’t have a real job though. I just sit at a desk and get paid no matter what. I’m at work right now and no one is doing anything.
