Hello! I am new to game and a bit disappointed with the mechanics. I play 3v3 arena with my friends as a resto shaman and the opposite teams have discipline voidweaver priests that sometimes outdamages my teammates DPS. So I feel we play 3v4 actually or am I mistaken? Isn’t this a bit werid where like 1 character counts for 2 actually? Trying to find the motivation to stick to WoW but hey… I am disappointed 
any tips?

if you just like pvp and you don´t play hunter, ret or disc uninstall is the smartest thing you can do atm

You haven’t seen MM hunters that count for two dps.
