Shame we don’t have an upgraded version of that armor ingame, Blizzard. Perhaps you should think about hiring freelance artists more to fill in your current personell problems. They can at least make the ground works for you

All the old sets could do with a makeover. It would be a huge undertaking though.

i like this take to keep old set and do a remake with nice textures
I wish they either updated the old sets or did something like tier 20 in Legion again, where they just make updated versions of old sets for new tier. Lot of sets have amazing design, at the very least conceptually but they simply don’t hold up with retail graphical standards.
nowadays sets are kind of meh

Tbf, if a youtuber with passion can do it by upgrading an old, existing model, a professional at Blizzard can do it faster on the same level if told to.
It is not because Blizzard is lazy or anything. It is just they have to work on so many things at the same time, that it isn’t a priority simply.
Hence I said they should consider paying freelance workers to do the ground works of the model (or til any stage that fits for their schedule) and finish the work later on.
Paying an artist like 200€ to make the foundation (mesh) of the model alone per race is peanuts for Blizzards budget. They could do that and paint the delivered mesh model themselves, ensuring the game quality is held up for their performance optimization later on. And meshes can still be changed and modified, especially if they have no textures yet.

I’ve wanted this for years. A Judgement armour remake would complete me.
