New UI Bugg, Vault non obtainable, Items retrieved not shown on bag

New season arrived, new problems once again…
as the title says, idk why, (i also tested without any addons) , i claimed my vault… said i got the item on chat, but is nowhere to be found in my bags…
ALSO, even though i claimed my vault as i said… my vault still shows as “NON CLAIMED” …

Is there anyone else experiencing this?!.. can we fix this?.. once again blizzard… Good stuff…
Im speechless at this point…

I am having a similar issue.
I claimed a shoulder piece which was added to my collection and my bag.
When I equipped it, it suddenly turned into the green item I was wearing and the item was nowhere to be found.
I had to relog my character to see the item once again.
