New UI element in the middle of the screen

The new UI has introduced a new UI element in the middle of the screen. It has a frame, and displays a buff or a defensive CD I have used. On my DH it displays Blur, Darkness, Metamorphosis, Shadowmeld.
I can’t post a picture unfortunately.

Is there a way to disable it, or at least move it elsewhere?

I found this very disturbing, I don’t see my character because of it, and it doesn’t tell me anything useful I don’t already know.
I don’t know what’s the point of this change anyway… It is especially useless because consecutive spells overwrite each other, like I use Blur then 1 sec later I use Darkness and then it obviously displays Darkness instead of Blur… What is even the point of this feature?
There are very old addons like Omnibar etc which does a similar job but actually useful.

Edit: I just did a BG, and it displays any kind of buffs from other players… like this element is almost constantly up and changes the displayed buff in every second. Now I’m starting to suspect that this is a bug…

Edit2: Sorry I realized it was caused by an addon called BigDebuffs, completely forgot that it could be the issue.

Same for me, it is very annoying.

Entered a dungeon, lua errors flowed like diarrhea, 3 big empty action bars in the middle of the screen, had to quit… gg blizz you amateurs.
