Probably this is why my Trade Skill Master is dying all the time I open profession windows.

I have same issue. Also i have similar error while alt-tab the game or channeling prof stuff(fishing for example). For me it’s causes huge fps drop…
It’s probably issues from new UI stuff after 4.4.1 update.

fresh 4.4.1, no add-ons

disable TSM

It’s not TSM’s issue.

They’re aware and working on it.

They’re aware and NOT working on it.

Are they really working on it tho? It’s not like it was reported yesterday…

I use Skillet now, sadly TSM mail and AH interfacr had to go along with proffesion windows bugs.

I wonder if blizzard is working to fix this by any chance. Because i dont have TSM and i have those errors all over the place…

Not to mention, just on a a side; the quest for Dragonwrath in Nexus is bugged since day 1 (orbs don’t work on platform) and i don’t see anything to fix that.

haha! just click one profession and click the other one without closing the 1st one…
Easier to do when profession icons are on the toolbar. Cmon…

Damn! We are living with this bug since 4.4.1 update which was launched in november… And blizzard do not fix that bug yet coz they connot reproduce that(what a shame). Sad times for all players who get this bug.

I was mange to found this topic – [Cata Classic Bug]: FPS drops after 4.4.1 update
Autor of this topic was attach some logs with error – https://gist.github.com/tav0x222/ad8e03b7b6226252d9a9fe0c920eacbe and https://gist.github.com/tav0x222/046e63bd059a801bb3eb2a0caf0101ba.
Maybe devs will check out EU forum and this logs will help them to reporduce this bug.

classic ui is bugged since wrath and noone has ever tried to even fix it from blizzard, this is hopeless, just give up on having bugless game

Today I got a new build of cata classic – 4.4.1(58558) Jan 9, 2025. And it looks like this bug has been fixed. At least I didn’t see any fps drops when spamming open-reopen prof windows. I also didn’t see any errors in logs.
