Hello everyone,
before the release of 10.0 and the new UI, I used to model my interface with the Dominos add-on, however it will no longer be maintained for Dragonflight.
With this add-on I had the possibility to make all my action bars invisible except on mouseover, I did it to have a less cumbersome interface, because I knew my binds by heart, and I tracked my cds via WeakAuras.
Does anyone know an alternative to make all my bars invisible again? (excluding ElvUI 
)
When in edit mode of the new UI, click the action bar you want to change, which displays the options box for it.
Click the Action Bar settings button at the bottom.
Then untick which action bars you don’t want to see.
and save.

I dont think this is what he meant.
From what i gathered i am also having the same issue, bars not being able to be mouseover.
I dont want to disable the bar, i want it to be invisible until my mouse hovers over it then it becomes visable.
I haven’t managed to find how to do that either, can only see visible, in combat, out of combat and hidden.
I suspect that it is likely there will be a few small changes to this UI before release once Blizzard get feedback from the wider playerbase.
