so apparently spamming is bannable? sorry, don’t see it happening unless they put it on the community to mass report. which was already a thing. but that isn’t going to happen because everyone love their gdkp runs.
They have done absolutely nothing about naming since Classic went live. So I expect this to be as much hot air.

It’s been in beta since the start. Also this changes nothing about the rules spamming has always been sanctionable.
So basically this is just a reminder of what you can’t do, with suggested things you should do, which you don’t have to.
If I get banned for not helping someone defeat a “tough” monster or not healing someone low on health and wasting my mana I will be really upset.
The last paragraph sounds like not doing it all could get you banned.

I get what they try to do, but with this vague choice of words, even calling someone a noob or toxic person, writing someone to snipe them in arena, ganking someone, advertising your guild or profession services or even killing someone elses quest npcs can be considered bannable.
Since spamming in chat is already reportable, but thousands of players doing it permanently without receiving any form of punishment, I think its just so they can say “we make the world of warcraft a save, better place”.
There are countless daily reported bots, which take several months to get a punishment, if any, or players buying gold for real money, which also rarely gets a punishment at all. If Blizzard tends to rarely enforce their most important rules and in case of botting it can take several months, all these rules are considered useless by the community, especially if they are this vague.

I find it funny how there is actually people who are up in arms about this (not you but others) seeing as this have been in the EULA for a long while already this is just so that people cant claim they dont know so its a bit more legally binding than a EULA (those dont hold in court at all). You already were not allowed to do all the things they say you are not allowed and reporting people for selling things in channels that are not trade do get their right to write in global channels revoked for some time at least.

Is there still the agreement you have to accept when you reinstall the game or are a new player?
I just tried it and you don’t get it.
If I dont remember it wrong you do have to agree to it the first time you launch wow on a account but I could be miss remembering
I did a full UI reset and got the movie but no agreement of either type.
Good that eating gnome corpse is still legal

the new one is just in the wrath beta and in retail right now
the agreement is a one time thing, if you want to see it again, uninstall and reinstall the game, on first login there will be the agreement notes for acceptance.

This is pretty much just stating the “rules” that have been in the game since the start.

unfortunately without the naming part 
So basically the same thing as in Retail. Why are you people suddenly so angry, just because its supposed to come in Wrath too? The same rules applay to both games, shocker.
