I have 2 characters. The Night Elf can see Newcomer Chat. The Worgen can’t. It is not even listed in the options where you can turn channels on/off. Both are under level 20 and only have a few hours /played so it should be appearing. Known bug? (The Worgen didn’t go through Exile’s Reach.)
UPDATE: It appeared after the character reached level 20 and logged off/on.
