Night elf Druid or a human DK

Hi all so I’m having trouble deciding whether to make a human dk or a night elf Druid which is better option at the moment.

just and advise, dont pick races for “whats best atm”, the “at the moment part” can be extremely short window of time.

you kinda trying to decide between 2 extremely diferent classes both in gameplay and lore.

even tho im a die hard DK player (for the better or the worse until undeath do us apart) i do enjoy druids and currently have tauren, HM and zandalari druids at lvl50 and above. their instant flight form is more handy than one may think. you can play with diferent skins for the animal forms (even collect artifact skins from legion order hall).

druids are more versatile, can be all roles, tank healer and both ranged and melee dps

Alliance is in a bad state atm, Not a lot of players in the end game.

Horde is the better choice atm

I too would say to try druids, no other class atm can offer 4 different playstyles.

It has 2 problems imo, for one, it has a ton of keybinds that might be overwhelming for you. For two, it sure is a jack of all trades but master of none. (Except bears, for now. They are demigods so long SL lasts.)
Also, both Feral and Resto are heavily based on DoT/HoT management, which isn’t simple, and messing it up is very punishing.

I’ve heard that DK is in a weak spot anyway, so that’s another point for the “flower sniffers”. :slightly_smiling_face:

if you go horde, HM druids are great miners, my alt makes a good profit farming ghost iron ore and titanium/titansteel

Paladins can.

You can play dps as retri, you can play prot paladin tank, you can play holy paladin healer. Then you can play a prot paladin healer. Although the last one might not get a lot of invites because people think you’ll not be able to heal.

well it depends what role you like the most. Like what would you mostly do? Tank, Heal, DPS? If for example you are mostly going to DPS and you prefer melee dps, then DK is far superior, have 2 melee specs. Plus, ferals are bad atm and generally I always disliked them because they play with bleeds and have a ramp up time for damage. Not good in open world for me.

If you are going to heal, Druid along with Holy Priest are my favorite healers and most fun :stuck_out_tongue:

for Tanking both Blood and guardian are fun to play.

Lastly, if you value mobility a lot, then druid is by far better than DK

Well I do value being able to move a lot Druid it is then. Might make a horde Druid instead tbh

and stealth also is added bonus on open world. Moving at default 145% speed with cat form and also stealth… sounds like “sick”. Although, since I mostly play melee dps, feral cat is disappointing for me :frowning: Thats why I asked.

I just like moving a lot due to my ADHD I’m very hyperactive
