The Trial of the Great Stag happens on the second day of the event, so to throw it out there again for overall clarification:

I will be busy on the 2nd day of the event which will be the 20th if I am correct. I will be really late for it. I do not turn up or it becomes to late. It’d be best to move on. I apologize in advance.

I’d be nearly better of signing up for the 19th since I am around that day. I will keep you updated.
