As you know, every year on Blizzcone there is costume party. Many people cosplay different characters.
Usually Night Elves cosplay’s were ugly, all the time. I felt shame for that.
But this year, finally, there was 4 nice Night Elves costumes. Check them out!

Seriously though quality costumes but I fear they caught a cold with those, especially the one bare feet
I think they are allowed outside but it wouldn’t have been allowed into the conference rooms proper. There was a whole list of rules and iirc strung bows were not allowed.
Anaheim in Oct/Nov still has temperatures averaging in the mid to high 20 degrees C.
