After the release of the recent patch 9.1 I’ve found myself not being able to further-complete the Night Fae Campaign . After completing the 2nd chapter you get a mask ( Mask of Bwonsamdi ), that is supposedly the introduction to the next chapter “Da boss”. However, when you click on the dialogue “Take me to De Other Side”, nothing happens. I’ve tried all different kinds of methods, ranging from relogging a dussin times to repairing the game for potential bugs. Nothing has gotten me any results.
Could you fix this issue as soon as possible so that I ( and potentially other people ) don’t lack behind in patch-progress.
You need to report the issue so that they are aware of it, before they can even start to look into it. The forums are not the place for bug reports. Bugs must be reported in-game.
Hi kytoz, i have the same issue, though you should be given a 'deathstone 'to be able to teleport to the other side, i did receive one and did get to go but when i came back it disappeared ( not in bags or bank ) so i am also stuck, have reported in game and been told they are looking into it as a few people have the same issue, so now im stuck on both the Night fae and Chains of Domination as i cant go further in that ( am at 3 ) without going further in the night fae, my only suggestion for you is check and double check the death stone isnt in your inventory somewhere and if it is hope it doesnt disappear
Neither in-game support nor forum support deal with bugs, as they are not developers. Bugs must be reported via the bug reporting tool, to which you will not get a reply.
If you sent a GM ticket about it, it will be low priority due to not being something they deal with, and a reply could take multiple days, and then all they will do is thank you, but ask you to make a report via the bug reporter.
i have the same problem, the mask wont teleport me back and the stone dissapeared. i wrote tickets but they only send me automatic response saying me to try reload i alrdy reinstaled the whole game but its still bugged
Ok posting again here, posted previously on my priest didnt realise i had ha… well theyve been great ive had replies to all 4 of my ticket responses but in the boat of they cant fix it , they are looking into it and are reluctant to do more in case of char damage etc, which i get , but this is literally giving us a quest it just hasnt given out… i was playing with the idea of switching to another covenant and then switching back in the hopes of it working but as the exact same issue is big on the US servers as well i guess we just wait it out bug report also submitted .
