Okay I used that thing that says account bound and grants night warrior customization for night elves to have dark eyes. But it’s not anywhere, it’s not on my customization character creation screen or even in the barbers thing. I have been given this ‘night warrior’ thing a few times leveling alts and used it everytime but always wondered why when I use it nothing happens.
Did you try changing your skin color?

What is Night Warrior customization?
It’s a character customization for Night Elves to look like Tyrande after she completed that ritual with Elune to be the Night Warrior. Alliance characters unlock it after completing that quest chain in Darkshore.
