If they might be lazy to make a new starting zone, so will Nightborne start in The Nighthold as DH or Mardum or just new starting zone?
And don´t get me wrong to add a DH to another race, Felborne are the Nightborne who bound the fel magic

As they can be a war clock, evidence YOU, this is reasonaballe. Because for the demon hunter, to be a war clock is the dream, they love this. They pay the money for this race change, try to buy the Chaos Bolt on the bloke market.
They must be the DHs in 10.1 or 10.2
or I quit in 11.0
they have the same animations as night elves, and also DH animations, then the only part they might add is the demon form for Havoc and Vengeance

Under which circumstances would a Nightborne turn into a Demon Hunter now that the Legion is dealt with and the Nightborne are not in a position of desperate power.

Don´t get me wrong, Felborne engage the melee fight and they are actually bound to the fel magic, and so do the true demon hunters
Even nobody has to be taught by Illidan
There are many solutions with becoming a demon hunter
and Kayn and the rest of the Illidari actually teach the humans, and the others to become a demon hunter without dealing the Legion, everyone are taught to be the demon hunters by Elves

Have you ever come to realise why Demon Hunters are made? Not because they suddenly felt to “hmm, maybe I do want to burn out my eyes with fel magic and dedicate my life to slaying demons”.
The Legion is no longer a threat, the Nightborne have no need to get a thirst for vengeance.

With Sargeras locked away the Legion is in hibernation, there is no need for any new Demon Hunters. Sure it could be nice for more races to have access to them but the only way to justify that (imo) would be for the Legion to start becoming active again.
So maybe in a future expansion?
Then again one can’t just become a Demon Hunter and most end up killing themselves, it’s NOT something thats generally accepted by people. Even in Azeroth.
they will start nowhere because the entire idea is nonsense. thankfully we are probably still years away from when they remove all the race and class combo restrictions

These aren’t lies. Demon Hunters are warriors that chose to fight fire with fire. There’s no Legion anymore. Most Demon Hunters are people that lost everything to the Legion and have a thirst for vengeance. I’m asking you how these circumstances are possible with the Legion gone.
Those aren’t demon hunters, those are servants, concubines and such. They got more equally diverse in 9.1.5 when Blizzard went on their woke crusade.

It´s been few years when Illidan punished Sargeras, so Illidan is coming so soon (Maybe in 10.1)

Felborne are actually Nightborne demon hunter
- Bound the fel magic
- Engage melee fight
- Has unique skin color by being Demon Hunter and felborne
- Has fel eyes
and that´s a DH
Nightborne / Void Elf would sort of make sense.
