I have a question about the Insurrection questline for Nightborne. With the new allied races you don’t have to be exalted to unlock them but you still have to be Revered to get the A Change of Seasons quest. Is there a easier way or is this how it is?

I might be remembering this wrong, and I’m trying to find confirmation of it, but as far as I know, all “timegating” through rep requirements for Suramar was removed in BfA prepatch, and I can’t find anything that outright says you still need to be revered to get “A Change of Seasons” on wowhead.
Keep in mind, the storyline requires you to be lvl 45 in order to acccept the first quest, so if this is the character you’re trying to get the achievement on, it would be the reason why the quest isn’t offered to you yet.
Hopefully that’s helpful for now, but let me know if anything else needs clarifying. I’ll update the thread here once I found a clear statement about rep requirements for Suramar 
Edit: So quick update, I managed to find this burrowed both in old patch notes for 7.3 as well as the respective section on the wowhead comprehensive guide for suramar, so can confirm the above
