Nightfallen Rep and suramar Achiev is gone ?

Before BFA I quit wow for some time due to personal issues. I was exalted with Nightfallen and I finish all my quests in Suramar along with Achievements. Now when I came back to play wow and create a Nightfallen char. I found out that am not exalted any more and am at Honored ( 6150 / 12.000 ) and all my achievements in suramar is gone and all the quest line has been reset. Help please … I don’t want to re-do everything again to be able to create Nightfallen race char i worked so hard to reach Exalted and to finish all the quests and achievements. Please Please help.

Make a ticket about it, unfortunately noone can help you here.

i made a ticket but it gave me error to submit my problem. this is why i made this post

Try again with the ticket! It’s the best solution. What error occured with the ticket?

Also try another browser, the ticket system is known to have issues with chrome (assuming you use it that is).

Hey Evocator,

I see that you have a ticket up now, so just wait until someone replies. Additionally, may I ask, are you certain that you have done the questlines on this character and not on a different character?
