So i recently started playing the MoP prepatch and already am tired of this.
I noticed everyone just rolls need in RDF no matter the item/stats, since there is no restrictions for that like in Retail. is that allowed or can people actually get punished? Theres no option to report for ninja looting & its impossible to open a simple ticket.
I have no heirloom gear and i need most items that drop for my class, so its even worse that everyone just needs every f item
Blizzard doesn’t resolve loot disputes. And random groups have always generally been a free for all in regards of loot.
so i can need roll on every item that drops without punishment?
at this point the whole system is useless.
Customer Support doesn’t get to decide who deserves an item, and who doesn’t. As long as you use the features that the game offers, without “clever use of game mechanics”, or scamming other players, you’re free to do what you want (just remember that there may be social consequences within your community for the way you act in-game).
If that’s your opinion on this, I can only encourage you to share it with other players on these forums (in the General Discussion section) and with the developers. As you noted, the game has had different changes and improvements over the years, and the developers would be the ones who get to make (or change) the rules.
Its not ninja looting… just roll for it 
you can roll everything need, others will hate u but dont care.
