I have really enjoyed the whole experience of SoD Phase 1, think overall the best experience in WoW since original Vanilla. Played Vanilla, TBC, WoTLK, WoD, 2019 Classic and Hardcore, and this iteration have been good. However, the ethics is somewhat lost, and people are ruder now than in earlier iterations and people seem to have lost any sense that Blizzard would intervene and do the right thing.
Been raiding BFD on 3 characters every lockout and haven’t seen the staff drop until the last raid last night. I won the roll fair and square over the raid leader but anyways he took it for himself and the whole raid asked him to make right and give it to me, but he refused. Someone asked if it is worth it for him since everyone will report you and you will lose the item, risk suspension/ban and thus not be able to play phase 2. His answer was simply “blizzard won’t do anything about it” (not the first time he did this I assume) and “if they do anything I have 4 accounts”.
Is this the case nothing will be done, and people will continue to exploit in this way? Is there anything I can do more than a simple report in game?

If clear loot rules were stated beforehand (MS > OS is not sufficient!) then reporting it in a ticket for loot scam investigation may remove it from the player.
Blizzard may also levy other penalties.
When you join a raid ask RAID LEADER/Master looter to confirm the loot rules, if they ninja u can report and they can get banned, if they dont state loot rules and ninja , nothing will happen.
Theres like 200 situation where it wouldnt have happend as well, not worth mentioning that dead loot system to try slip it in , rmters man that was pretty desperate attempt.

Pretty much a safe bet. I wouldnt insult americans the way you did, theres waaaaaaaaaaaaay less % of obese people there than of RMTers in GDKP community.

I don’t condone his ninjalooting but we all know there’s a risk for that type of stuff when we join PUGs.
Yea instead in a gdkp the leader just leaves with the pot , 10/10 comparison
There’s no point in persisting, the GDKPs are over and you’ll have to spend your well-gotten or ill-gotten gold 
in another way.
Assuming you’re on Crusader Strike, Crusader Strike uses the Blacklist Addon. If you encounter ninja looting in the future make sure to take a lot of Screenshots as proof, and the offender will get put on the blacklist for everyone who uses the Addon to see.
