It has a chance to kill you even at 100% HP. I used it at full health and died, and had to start over. Already reported the bug.
Even worse is that fact that you will have to wait 1 hour to try again if it kills you.

Man, I really want this toy!
Only bug I’ve experienced, since I have not succeeded with quest yet, is that every time I start the quest I have to disable all addons first, then re-enable after clicking the start quest button. I guess that’s an addon issue, but still. I don’t get why blizz allow addon errors to prevent their own UI working.
Yeah I got it already but even when its the learnt toy it can still 1 shot you.
Finally got it! Glad the toy works without having to disable my addons first.
