No 20th Anniversary Achievement?

I went and picked up the quest on the first day of the event but I saw red writing on the reward saying requires level 80. Can it be done but you don’t get a reward? Or you get a reward that you can’t use til 80? Or was that some bug that’s been fixed?

So I figured I’d wait until I was max level to do it. I’m almost 79 so a few more days will do it. The event is around until Jan (even though I’m away for xmas).
I’m not interested in doing the full grind for the cosmetics. I’m just not buying into that FOMO BS. Too many players hear the FOMO music play and they start dancing like monkeys. Players need to take a stand on FOMO grinds.

Well i am doing it daily and first time of the day i do .it gives a chest and when you redeem it .it gives reward of gear appropriate to your class and level . Almost half of my gear this week has come from chromie one

You get a chest that can’t be opened until you hit 80. I’ve got a couple in the bags of my lvl 79 alt.

The “Token Collector” Achievement will transform into a Feat of Strength, yes, but that is not the same as the “20th Anniversary” FoS for logging in during the birthday.

It popped for me too on a couple of characters, not on others. Meh. at least I got it now.
Feels good to have the proper 20th anniversary cheev.

Ive got the game announce me gaining that achievement on every character by now everytime I log in. By now I just assumed theyre either trolling me or its yet another bug or unoptimized mess :+1:
