I was wondering if this is a bug or intended, but I have been max level for a while now and all I get from shadowlands WQs are agility weapons. Would be nice to get an upgrade from WQs for Balance 2h weapons.

It’s pure rng.
I had the same problem on my balance druid until I respecced to tank 3-4 days ago, became immortal, and haven’t looked back since.

There was one yesterday. In Ravendreth.
Weird but it‘s the other thing around for me, waiting for agility and I get only INT weapons. Starting to pi**ing me off. Tried every loot spec but doesn’t change a thing.
I actually came here to ask, if there is any ferals who haven’t got a single agility weapon from world quests.
I realized the other day i haven’t got even ONE in whole Shadowlands duration. I dinged this character few days after launch and i have checked world quests several times every day. Every single weapon i am offered is intellect weapon. I am actually still using ilvl 158 epic quality weapon i got when i was still leveling (it upgraded to epic quality).
There is definately something wrong with how loot spec works OR how druids rewards are selected. I first thought they have simply forgotten to add agility items on druid reward table, but since OP is only getting agility items as balance this sounds even more complicated.
No matter how rng rewards are it is extremely unlikely that feral druids gets purely intellect items from every wq and balanace druids get purely agility ones.
Fellow druids, what spec are you and what kind of weapons you are offered as wq rewards?
