No BFA emissary rewards upon hitting level 50

Hello

I recently dinged 50 on two horde alts (I’m alliance normally), and I unlocked WQs on the horde ship at Nathanos. However no rewards are listed on the map when mouseovering the emissaries. On my level 50 alliance alts, they still show rewards from gold, to AP, to Weapon/Equipment caches.

What am I missing or is there another bug?

Ahh the culprit was missing Heart of Azeroth necklace from the short quest in Silithus. Upon getting that the rewards are now showing.
