Okay so I boosted my Rogue since I started a new account on EU and after completing TWW I wanted to get my Legion Artifacts. The thing is, when I teleport to Dalaran (I have completed the Broken Shores scenario) there is no npc with the quest waiting for me? I have low level tracking enabled, all addons disabled, 0 quests in my quest log. The Quest seems to appear on the map (not minimap) but still nothing. My current Dalaran is in a weird state where Khadgar and Jaina are both in the Chamber of the Guardian and a void portal close to them, there are no quests inside the void portal either. It seems to be related to the Harbinger questline I believe but I have completed the entire questchain. Any help would be appreciated.
update: okay so it seems like me doing the harbinger questline before ever getting the call of the uncrowned quest done is what triggers the softlock. still no way for me to access the hall of shadows on my main rogue…
