I don’t have any soulbinds nor any covenant callings on my priest after switching over from Kyrian to Necrolord covenants. I have opened a support ticket, but did not receive any solution even though got 3 answers of Game Masters already.

It sounds like you’re missing some quests from the first intro chain. You can find the full storyline over here to give it a look over an see if there is some available that you haven’t done yet.
