unfortunately you also need that 475/485 gear with right stats to complement it.
if you don’t raid mythic, play on glad you need quite some luck and a long time to get that gear
each gushing on 465 vs 485 I believe does 2k+ dmg less which adds up a lot.
Yea and Imagine those classes wouldnt be Where they are without it.
Just disable corruption and essences in instanced pvp, then undertake class tuning for pvp only so it doesn’t screw people in raids/dungeons.
For pvp, add more value to pvp trinkets and pvp gear by applying set bonuses.
I dont know why its so difficult. They’ve tried to reinvent the wheel so many times and its getting worse and worse.

I have yet to see a dev comment on imbalance of corruptions, especially in arena
You wont see it 
their solution is a prepatch where corruptions will be disabled
