My character sat down at the barbershop and fell through the floor, now i can’t log that character anymore because it will fall through the floor everytime i do so.
There’s no character unstuck webpage for TWW so i can’t get the character out of limbo, please help?
I doubt CS has access to the beta of the game so you probably should just make or copy new character.
well this character was almost 73, i don’t want to have to delete and create / copy a new character each time something goes wrong?
that’s just beyond stupidity, and customer support should at least be able to forward this issue to the beta team and unstuck my character, that can’t be so hard now can it?
Welcome to the beta. You can always post the issue at the beta forums where it probably gets forwarded if you are unable to make bug report in-game.
I probably didn’t look properly because i couldn’t find it, i’ll take a better look instead.

After reading the topic start, it seems that you need to log out and back into forum to activate beta forum posting access right.

Sorry to hear that your character appears to be stuck on the beta.
I’m afraid that we do not provide support for the Public Test Realms, or for the beta, as these are temporary and in-development servers (which are handled by our developers directly).
If a character is stuck or bugged, the solution would usually be to try again later, wait for a fix from the developers, or to create a new one. If this issue happens consistently, or if you know how to reproduce it, I would encourage you to report it in-game directly via the bug report tool, and the developers will have a look at this for you.
