Kicked off from Loading screen 2 times.
they not responding they not fixing anything , we must take legal actions.

so I wait over an hour to log in, only to be greeted with a message saying the server will shutdown in 10minutes
That means that they are doing something… 3 days to late but… ask for a refund!
This is such crap. waited in long queue… then black screen instead of characters, followed by dc. Really frustrating. 
i waited for 1 hour, then black screen appears with no character to selected
after that i got d/ced

What bothers me the most is that it took FOUR hours for them to figure out something is wrong with Kazzak and do something about it…
It is obvious they lack the employees to check forums, social, and report this stuff to their engineers, this is ridiculous for a company the size of activision blizzard.

Server just rebooted
I have the idea most of it is being run from the US nowadays, as their workday is just starting that might be your proof.

We are good. 15:15 here we come 
They said maintenance was 2-3pm CET yet the server only went down at 2:31pm. Poor management / time scales.
kazzak is online but it get stuck in loading into the server

So i was online just fine they take the server down i am there the moment the server opens i click login and now it stucks on loging on server doesnt even open the choice to change servers and even if it works now gonna stuck in quee…gz Blizz thanks a lot
No character select again 
Getting the no character select too. Interestingly it shows the background and name of my alliance character from a different server (probably because i was on the char previously)
Looks like the fix was to drastically reduce the amount of players allowed on the server. Sat in a queue at 2.30pm… And they still wont open free transfers.
yep been trying to get in 6hours today.
