I did 20 hours ago, status of the ticked has been ‘opened’ for a while now, yet still no reply.

They responded but it takes 24h to update because of the lag…

I’ve asked to get my game-time refunded for last 2 days and also asked to stop billing my game-time until they fix Kazzak.
It’s really sad that it’s happening every time a new expac launches…

The more the merrier, Kazzak is not the only realm affected, yesterday I was sitting behind 8000 people in queue, i can only imagine how many that was behind me. That is alot of paying customers not getting their money worth.

Yeaa man its so freaking annoying… Why dont they at least give us a free transfer away from that broken server so we have a option to play…

And then when it gets to character select and loading screen - after another 15 minutes it disconnects with an error. What the hell.
BLIZZARD TALK TO US - WHAT IS GOING ON?? You can’t just claim issues are resolved while there are still issues!

Just got through a 40m queue and back to the black character screen…
Meanwhile we’ve got a blue post acting like they haven’t known this is happening for 4 days in a row:
well now is que for 67 min 2700 ppl in que !!!

Black screens and no characters found…
I relog, and now “Realm is full” and 80min queue.

There is a reason in every expansion launch there are about 12-14M subscribers then it goes down to 1-3M after 2 months - they sell the game and don’t even try to fix the servers and they know people will keep coming back coz they love the game - this server quality almost looks like we are playing a f2p game on alpha

Came over here to Vent our frustration as i have used all my replies on the other Forum Post.
Guys I figgured it:
Step 1: Wait in the que for 1-2 hours.
Step 2: Be prompted with a black character screen (Wait time = 20-30 mins)
Step 3: When your characters load go ahead and choose one
Step 4: Be prompted with the loading screen (Wait time 10-15 mins)
Step 5: Disconnect from the servers
Step 6: Uninstall GAME
Thank me later
