Running M0s for weekly and we are not getting any Drake Crests. And I am NOT capped. Please fix. And will we be sent the missing crests in mail after fix?

This patch has more bugs than Silithus - its a reason i havent really touched it yet regarding dungeons and raids. I hope you get those crests in mail (but probably it will be end of season when they are useless)
I don’t know if that’s a bug or not, but it should be. Makes no sense.
Also, while we’re at it, I am going to farm the everliving daylights out of +2 to +5 tonight. I have no reason to do that in terms of progression, but I need the crests, and I don’t want to wait to overcap in +9’s again.
This is annoying. Why do I have to do that? “Oh but I can just convert” - yeah, but then I lose the higher cap.
