The Consortium Quartermaster in Netherstorm is supposed to sell the +Spell Power epic gem (and +attack power) when you get to Revered, but I can’t seem to find it.
Is it a limited supply item? The other epic gems aren’t so I don’t suppose it should be?
Is this an oversight?
Are you sure you are not looking at the Sha’tar quartermaster by misstake?
im having the same problem. all the other BOP gem patterns are out why is this one not?
It must be bugged, would be lovely to get an actual blizzard comment on this. I’m a 375 JC, exalted with the consortium, I can make an epic defense gem, stamina gem and healing gem. But the epic spell power & atk power recipes are nowhere to be found at the consortium quartermasters.
Aren’t there three of them there?
