So, I’ve tested on PTR new customization options and noticed, that void elves lack ear size option that both Night and Blood Elves have.
My question to blizzard is why? what excuse do you have to not have added this option for void elves? Will you add it later or not?
Alliance is not allowed to have nice things and fun in this game. It was never and will never be treated fair, it’s just unacceptable Always forgotten and neglected since WoW launched.
Why people playing Alliance faction allow to be treated this way? Why you won’t oppose Horde and force blizzard to treat both factions in a fair way?
This is really frustrating, unfair and unacceptable. They prove once again how they feel about alliance.
I’d like to give you a friendly warning blizzard, if you continue with the horde bias then you will be forced to shut down the servers and abandon game.
Everyone will just roll Horde and there will be nobody playing Alliance at all. Is this what you want to achieve? You do everything in your power to not want people to play Alliance faction.
Boring storyline? check
Focus 100% on humans? check
Not so cool and nice Allied races? check
Unfair treatment? Check
Horses as exalted factions mounts? check
Bad racials? check
What else you want to do to force people to play your pet faction? Seriously…
Who gives a damn about that trash customisation lmao ? Give the abomination elves more hair colour options instead…
I’m ngl, I dont get the severity of your claims
If alliance and horde are getting a race each with the same customisation option how can it be bias
Remember nightborne which is our allied elf race isn’t getting anything comparitively to void elf…
So if anything here you guys are being treated better then we are…
And your racials in most cases are better then hordes literally alliance races SIM stronger in DPS then hordes in majority of cases
Actually the ear size and form should be available for both factions, you are already an abominations elve too by the way , doesn’t mean as a player you don’t have the right to get fair and same treament and some fun and things for your money.
Nightborne are being screwed over big time, wait again later and buy the x-pack they waited with 3-4 skins the whole bfa, some alliance players play nightborne pal and vice and versa.
No but more then happy to ignore the fact void elves have gotten so much while nightborne are sat on less face models less hairstyles and less options then every void elves.
Nightborne are treated far worse then void elves.
Exactly so how can u push ally allied races are treated so much worse.
True that and it is inacceptable yet i fear those lazy fella will try and sell the thing like it is …
All the allied races are being ignored. And blizzard said allied races are the last to be updated realistically and that core races take the focus.
It wasn’t done to get at either faction allied races are on the most current races so they’re doing the most out of date and allied races will see what they see eventually
Don’t forget goblins and worgans took how long to see their update? And pandarens still haven’t been updated
Their excuse is probably that Velves are an allied race. They just get a few skin tones so that high elf fans stop bugging them.
And it would be unfair for every other allied race if Velves get too many customisation options added, while everyone else has to wait.
And how are ear sizes connected to fun?
It is already unfair … , they didn’t gave the same amount and invovement for the other allied race, we aready have a problem.
Buy the x-pack and you will get later in a shadowland patch , yeah right they waited all of bfa , screw that ! give other allied race some love now !
Because Void Elves use different models than Blood Elves. And Blizzard didn’t put any 3d modelling work for Allied Races becasue they didn’t promise much customization for Allied Races. Those things most likely will come later when Blizzard will go and add more than new textures for Allied Races in upcoming Shadowlands patches.
cry some more… your tears sustain me
Alliance victim complex in full force again. Feels like y’all would do yourself a favor by presenting things in a way that makes you seem like a reasonable person and not a faction fanatic writing these screeds that look like they belong in a copypasta or dramatic reading.
Ha, I’ve always wondered why the appearance change option is called barber, but it makes perfect sense now - you go to a barber and you risk losing an ear
Huh? I mean Void elves got eyes and skin options being that Allied races shouldn’t get any customizations at all.
What? Alliance was dominant since WoW launch. Excluding cinematic, most characters in WoW advertisements are Alliance.
I can not argue that currently Alliance is dead compared to Horde, is not Blizzard’s fault tho.
Horde story isn’t any better.
No? Alliance has good racials.
Fact of the matter is that Allied Races and Core Races aren’t given 1:1 customisation options at the beginning of Shadowlands - and the developers have made that abundantly clear already. It’s not an oversight, it’s a choice of priority. Look no further than the OG draenei being given tail options, whereas the Lightforged are not.
There are some overlaps where the Allied Races have been given certain options regardless, but their time to shine is still further down the road. Be patient - that’s honestly my best advice here.
Well they also said void elves would inherit the customization options of blood elves, so it stands to reason this would also include ear size. So it does seem like an oversight, or perhaps rather a result of something being a work in progress. It’s entirely reasonable to expect it by the time pre-patch goes live.
I don’t know that it’s dead, but the end game progress side of it is absolutely behind, roleplaying and such though? Either way it’s an issue, but players will go where the progress is if they want to progress, and it snowballs.
Going to that shady looking goblins barbershop to cut your ears, AND pay for it…
hard pass
The issue with Alliance is, the amount of content players can find is ‘limited’ and speed progression is slower compare to Horde.
I’m mostly talking about M+; in my opinion there’s not middle ground in Alliance currently, you find high end players doing 25s or so or you find your random player queuing for a 19-20 without even completing a 17.
I think players follow trends, at the moment Horde is more popular.
There’s a variety of reasons behind, one of them is: Horde has more high end content creators (AKA Streamers), therefor fans and people who want to get to their level will follow.
As result Horde has a larger player pool, vital for guilds and, well… progression.
