I’m on 6/9 and it seems i just don’t get any from whatever i do. Is this a bugg?

I think i got mine from doing delves this week but they seem to drop from many sources, so i hope it sorts its self out for you.
I dit 3 delves, 8 m+ dungeons, world quests and still nothing

I’m sure I got them from doing a quest this week, but I could be completely wrong. My brain went onto auto mode, when running the weekly, new & world quests.
Dungeon bosses, Delve end chests and Raid bosses all drop them.
That doesn’t seem right at all. Every time I need one I just do a delve

offtopic but are you person who posts on lazymacro place by any chance?
Mine came from delves. I did my 3 x lvl11 bountiful on Wednesday and each dropped one.
Had mine from delve lv 11
i have problem as well … main character is ok, but all alts cloak 707ilvl and no upgrade drop. Tried LFR, delves, M+
UPDATE: i deleted cloak on alt and ask NPC for new and is already upgraded same ilvl like on main char. This is so stupid system 
if you main is fully upgraded so are your alts, just need to spend the threads
The number of threads you have is Warband wide but you have to upgrade(Spend the threads) on each alt. There is a command you can use in a macro that is quite usefull and with it you dont have to fly to Hashim every time to upgrade it.

no, in cloak “talent tree” my points on alts are already used same like on main. I did it on 8 characters. Only way to get max ilvl is remove cloak gem so dont need craft new, delete cloak and ask npc for new.
That is wierd. I just enter he cloak tree on all my alts each and am able to spend the threads there to get to the current iLvL, 714. Using that command on each alt helps a lot though.

I’m currently having the same problem, I’ve done many delves and M+ dungeons along with LFR. Stuck at 6/9 too…
It seems you can have bad luck and it will take you days of grinding or you get lucky and get it on day 1. After 20m+, lfr on 2 chars and 10+ delves i finaly got it.
