The title kinda sais it all. No fishing pools ever spawns, makes the Fishing Hole pretty useless.
Turns out the pools above the Fishing Hole are included in the fishing hole. You can’t tell tho because your UI doesn’t show that you are inside the Fishing Hole area anymore.
