No Guild Lv and only a few Perks?

I was wondering. Did they remove the Guild Lv as well as some Perks? Like Mass Res or Have Group Will Travel for example.
Cant find anything right now where they announced they removed all this. And Strange how nobody seems to talk about this.

Or did they just not put this in the Beta yet. Which would be strange so close to release.

Probably because the beta is currently more like an early alpha and therefore people are apprehensive in general about giving feedback on what is best case scenario a months out of date build.

But we just got an Update today and a few Days ago. And next Week is the release already.
