No longer 310% speed mount *The meta achivement, *What a long, strange trip it's been*

Hey, i’ve found this old post and in Cata classic how it worked was you mounted Violet proto drake u was getting 310% speed if u had 280% mount, because
The hotfix Blizzard talked about went through properly.

Upon using this mount( Violet proto-drake) you will gain 310% speed to all your mounts (swift flight form too) and Master Riding.
As of October 16th 2010 it is possible to get master riding for free. The meta achivement, What a long, strange trip it’s been now grants this ability.

"I provided an update in the lengthy thread about Master riding, so in case it gets missed I’m throwing it up in its own non-sticky thread for now.

So my question is this is not working as intended in MOP or it got changed/reverted because you can no longer get 310% speed by mounting Violet proto-drake.

The mount only ever provided 310% flying when mounting it during Cataclysm originally. In MoP beta it lost this ability, so both Cata and MoP Classic are reference accurate in this sense.

The 310% mounts granted in Classic 310% to your characters at the end of Wotlk and the beginning of Cata Classic. E.g. You did Glory of the Raider or the violet proto in wotlk than you characters would learn 310% riding.
But later created characters would not get the skill for free and your proto would fly slower.
