I was doing LFR Sire Denathrius for the pet and killed him on 3 characters
which is not saved. Me and others in the group could not loot him (no sparkles).
Edit: Create a ticket as per below post if it’s not affecting only 1 item.
I know that, the problem is that I don’t get the option to loot the boss at all.
Found someone on the us forum with the same issue.
I had same problem when i was killing Sire hc on my alt. I could not loot him and i’m not talking about getting this precious hc gear. I didn’t even get my gold and most importantly anima. I didn’t also have lockout for Sire.

If you have an issue with a raid boss not awarding loot, where it is clearly a larger issue affecting a whole raid and not just that a particular item you wanted that didn’t drop, then please create a ticket and report it to the Game Master team.
We sadly cannot assist with such inquiries over the forums.
