Not sure if this is the place and I already made a ticket too but it’s been 3 days and I still haven’t gotten the loot I won from 2 rolls on Sarkareth for my alt. I waited till the timer ran out for the roll and then some before I logged off, took a screenshot too of the roll. Nothing in mail after I logged out and back in, not the next day or the day after.

Please note that Customer Support won’t be able to manually provide missing loot however, so there is no need to make a ticket.
