From one of the Patch notes threads:

Great change.
No more Sentinax grind!! That was a pain to do. Some others like Do X WQs or open Y chests weren’t fun either but the Sentinax one just made me groan every time I hit it.

Even though I only have one more class to go through this, my priest is nearing the end of the class campaign.
