My characters who did An Original Path Through Time last week can’t pick it up this week. NPC do not offer quest. Adventure guide also not working, clicking “Start Quest” button do nothing.
Side note:
For some reason I have same situation with Archievs: The First Disc. My main character don’t have that quest this week also but alts can take it.
This is realy odd and confusing. Is this bugged or what?
Same for me with the Original Path quest, some people were able to get it through quest sharing but that also does not work for me.
I think the Archives one is like a side quest weekly, so far i’ve been given it on alts that have not done it yet (same with the 3 delves one from Brann). But once they have done it, it does not return as a weekly.
Opened a ticket. I hope someone explain what is going on.

The confusion here is definitely understandable, but ultimately this is (mostly) working as designed.
The event weekly (An Original Path Through Time) doesn’t replace the regularly available weekly quest, but rather enters into rotation with them. So characters that completed it already last week will get a different quest this week, in addition to any weeklies they still have available as a backlog.
Adding to the confusion is the fact that it’s still being advertised in the adventure guide, which is being investigated as a bug.

So it turns out this was in fact intended to be repeatable each week during the 20th anniversary celebration, and the adventure guide was right all along!
A hotfix went out last night which should allow everyone to pick it up, regardless if you already completed it in the previous week.
