So my partner started the anniversary questlines, and after completing the tutorial quests, the notes for the first 2 crates as well as the quest The Great Detective should appear.
Except they didnt. Are we missing something?
As far as i can remember i just did the tutorial and got the quest and notes.
I may well be wrong but wasn’t that third step the thingy behind the box next to Alyx?
I just derped, the quest was with Alyx, i just didnt see it in all the quests she had 
no noted on the board though…

Did you click that option in the chat window with Alyx where you get threatened with no turning back etc? That opens the notes on the board. I do apologise if I misunderstand and you did do that part
