Hi
i’ve never asked for help online about this and i’ve been expiriencing this issue from so much time i forgot the day it started showing up.
Everytime i start talking to an npc i hear his/her welcoming phrase but soon after i hear no sound from them, plus it happens on other sources of the game like rare spawning: i get the chat message but i hear no message.
Is it normal? or is it a bug?

Sounds like you have some kind of security overkill running, (Norton suite, etc.) they are no good for gaming
