No one answer in webticket Support

Hello. i sent a web ticket 6 days ago. and still waiting for an answer… but no one care. why the support team ignoring players? at least this game had a great live chat and support 2-3 years ago, but for now we have no one to help us…

Thats because the current queue times are at least 14 days, if not longer.

They aren’t ignoring players, they have too many tickets to deal with. So you have to wait your turn.

I always wonder what goes on in player minds like yours. If they don´t answer you, do you really think they ignore you? Or maybe they are overloaded with people asking them things that can be googled in about 2 seconds.

I bet you your problem is found in about the 10 posts of “technical support” in this forum. Everyone has problems with DF rn. Many players, me inculded, cant even play the game, because it crashes and freezes. But we´re smart people. We look out for blue posts about those topics, cause bombarding blizzard with tickets wont help.

oh really? so if you have a problem in the game then you need to wait half month or more to get an answer to fix it right? for a game like wow that you need to pay monthly to play the least thing is a live chat support 7/24… i don’t know why you r defending them. thank you but we do not deserve to wait half month for an support answer

I’m not defending them, I am explaining why the wait times are so long.

Theres a difference, which obviously you can’t tell.

Just because I am not going “Boo Blizzard, bad Blizzard” like a child. If I was defending them I wouldn’t have reported them to the gaming press (who weren’t interested).

it’s freakin crazy.
and now they releasing this pre-patch filled with bugs and it stresses everyone (legit everyone) out and people leaving groups/game etc.
it’s not fun :confused:
i thought things were gonna be different with microsoft at the wheel but it still seems the same BS everywhere…
i was not so stressed . but im writing this because every player around me is getting stressed out and that’s just ruining so much for me too now even when i try to not let it…
anyhow, im just letting my message out there because i don’t wanna tell blizz anymore than i did already. you are not alone in this. everyone is getting stressed out lately :slightly_frowning_face:

Microsoft isn’t at the wheel yet, their purchase was delayed by some regulatory body, if I remember right. They are still currently owned by Activision.
