I don’t get any progress from Blitz towards the Vicious Saddle PvP reward after getting the Vicious Skyflayer mount.
According to the tooltip, it should count any win at Combatant or higher. Which, as far as I could find, means any win above 1k rating.
I have multiple characters well above that. And yes, I do win games.
I have talked to multiple people with the same problem, but could not see any acknowledgement from Blizzard about it or even a bloody forum post.
I actually had the problem for a while but was certain it would be resolved with the reset patch.
But it isn’t.
So… I guess my question is:

Yep its not working. Also have the same problem now for two weeks - already wrote a Bug report to blizzard and did see a few Posts like yours about it.
Right now the bug is there and isnt fixed yet. It also seems Blizzard is not interested alot in fixing it. So all we can do is wait and write bug reports.

Same here. After nearly 2 week not fixed. I reported the bug, but nothing. Open GM ticket but not helped just ctrl+c ctrl+v bot anwsers… I progress with 2 charachter and make lot of wins, but still bugged and i’m wasting my time.

We’ve had a few other similar reports specifically related to Rated Battleground Blitz and the issue is under investigation.
Unfortunately no further info at the moment, but if you notice this affecting other modes as well, please do send along the details through the bug reporting tool.
I definitely understand it’s frustrating when you don’t hear back on issues right away, but sometimes these things take time, and we do appreciate your patience!

I already have season reward (mount). But two weeks ago I noticed that my Vicious Saddle progress stuck on 46%. I have already many wins on different rated PVP activities till this two weeks: solo shuffle (1000+ rating), 2x2 (1000+ rating), 3x3 (1000+ rating) and solo battleground (1000+ rating), but progress still 46%.
I written on customer support, but customer support response me that I need to create a bug report. That’s why I’m here.
If somebody have the same problem join this thread. I hope It will help to fix it quicker.

The saddle in general is bugged, nothing grants progress.
Your 46% should be old progress, since the saddle progression never resets.

Still bugged… I hope we get compensation (one Vicious Saddle), becouse after 3 weeks still bugged, and it’s the company’s fault.

I just started the progress for Vicious Saddle and Nothing even after winning rated games in Pvp: progression bar is stuck at 0% and 0 points.
Can we have visibility on at least the investigation. Because Right now it is kind of killing motivation and investment for a lot of Pvp people here.
Why would I play, If I can’t progress at least to get the reward.
Just a bit of visibility please.

Hi,
Once devs have more understanding of what is happening,
it would be interesting to know, if we are gonna loose our progress, or if somehow it is saved somewhere and updated on progression bar when the bug is solved.

It’s not just Rated Battleground Blitz. Arena too isn’t progressing it.
(after 4+ weeks of bug reporting, indie company)

What exactly is taking this long to fix such a minor issue?
Here is a note from the 14th October Hot Fix:
Player versus Player
- Resolved an issue that allowed Battleground Blitz to grant progress towards the Vicious Skyflayer mount while below the required rating.*
At least they look at what is going on around that progression bar.

Rbg blitz doesent count for vicious saddle.

This affects ALL game modes - 2v2, 3v3, RBG, Solo Queue - this should be a high priority issue - do we lose our progress, or is it saved elsewhere, and will we gain all progress and all vicious saddles once the issue is resolved?
