For some reason my character isn’t getting a quest from Khadgar and the quest bar isn’t showing up, I tried restarting the game and even repairing it…
Anyone else?

Did you guys talk to the guy in SW which stops exp gains?
You have done the pre quests? xp bar just popped and the quests started about 5 mins before it was meant to. Questing in the new place for coming up to an hour almost.
yea questlog tells me to talk to kadgar in dalaran and when i do nothing happens, no quest

weird - my remix alt that barely did anything in DF got xp bar during a normal vault alt run 
1 hour passed still nothing

I would absolutely double check you did the pre quests and own TWW (Epic Edition). Tons of us have been in since it opened early.
i even checked with the macro to see if its done, its done
Have you checked Magni? He is the one who gives the frist quest, not Khadgar. The auto-start quest that asks you to talk with Kadgar is for the Radiant Echoes event. There is actually no auto-popup quest today for TWW, unlike the first quest that was available a few weeks ago, wich I found dissapointing
magni is laying ‘dead’ in the room, where he was after the silitus quest

This might seem obvious, but do you all have Epic Edition? The expansion is only accessible for people who have Epic Edition until the 26th
