I can’t see any listing for Hillsbrad Foothills on my Alliance chars.

that there is no Alliance quest achievement.

But if OP says they are showing in his achievements, he must be looking at a Horde.

Now, as far as I know, Hillsbrad was not affected by the Arathi phasing, so maybe I’m wrong about that. I haven’t been through Hillsbrad in a LONG time.
