I just want to say, thank you Blizzard for not adding Random Dungeon Finder tool to Wrath classic. It has been a success so far after countless runs using the tool, mainly creating my own groups and picking a suitable comp rather than 3 DK DPS and a DK Tank.
Without the need of dealing with so many undesirable cross-server players going AFK, trolling, wiping the group intentionally or needing on everything because there’s no accountability from other cross-server players - the usual realm-based groups are doing just fine and groups/players are easy to find.
Plus, having LFG chat there helps speed the process up much faster than what it was like in TBC, where most players stopped doing heroics because of how needless they became.
To those of you who quit or refuse to play because there’s no Random Dungeon Finder, you’re not missed. After all, retail is a click away and the less self-entitled players who complain when things don’t go their way, the better. Maybe pull your thumb out and actually give the current tool a try before you shoot it down, but then again, I highly doubt you even made it to max level.
If you think is that perfectly you must be wrong about it there so many players they dont know or cant look the role are in que and keep request to join the grup when need healer or tank always 2 tanks or 2 healers that are fuked up is ruined the grup i suggest keep this for yourself is you think is “Perfectly” nobody is perfectly in this world doesnt exist this word in imperfect world like you
I agree with the OP. There’s a etiquette in current dungeons that i honestly like. People are not rude or impatient, when you have cross-realm mechanics some players have no shame on their actions, at least with the current system, they think twice before doing any wrongdoings.
the other day i had a paladin tank suddenly run out of the dungeon saying he was sick of playing with greedy players because a guy taking greens for enchanting. 10/10 social experience thank you blizzard
“Tool Works Perfectly” - objectively there are many known flaws with the tool that even Blizzard admitted they are working on, so if this isnt trolling, its straight up delusion.
Funny how people try to “silence” the OP just because they don’t agree with his opinion, he said nothing wrong, made his point, wasn’t offensive. Can’t wait till we reach the end of November and retail tourists just crawl back to their game.
The group finder tool works ok for me, why is that a lie? It isn’t has convenient has pressing join in RDF at Dalaran and being teleported to a dungeon entrance, that’s for sure, but it gets the job done. One of the things that ruined this game was way too much QOL features.
There’s old school players who see and understand the larger picture, and then there’s the frauds and posers who jump on every bandwagon infecting the game with their petty shortsightness.
You have what you want already. Why this thread? Because you’re afraid you’re wrong.
Not only wrong, but also delusional for thinking the absence of RDF have anything to do with catering to a small minority.
