Well if we go with 0 changes for game versions of wotlk 3.4. and above then they must add RDF
Pro-rdf players cant prove anything or have arguments that makes sense. On the other hand Retail wow is a perfect example that in many years had shown what the game had become with features like rdf,lfr,garrisons.
