I have raised a ticket nearly 3 weeks ago and never got any reply.
My original question is no longer relevant, and ticket can be closed.
(There is no way to close it from my side, either in-game or via website).
I am posting this here because I have a suspicion it got stuck somewhere in some abandoned queue and ticket system only allows one active ticket.
Please let me know if any additional information (such as ticket number) is required.

Sometimes tickets gets lost in the void and is not meant to be intentional.

I’m sorry to hear you never heard back on your ticket, and it does sound like the twisting nether ate this one.
If you don’t have the option to close it yourself, you can simply leave it and it should get automatically cleaned up after a while.

Ticket is now 3 weeks and 3 days old, wouldn’t want it to be stuck there forever.
It’s been over 1.5 month and ticket is still in “Processing” status. Something is definitely broken. I just want it closed ticket number: EU96006052.
It’s over 3 months now, someones gonna help me?
I can’t use the support system as it’s limited to 1 ticket and mine is stuck in limbo.
Can you add a reply to it - perhaps that might re-add it to their queue?
