Recently completed the ‘Alterac Valley of Olde’ achievement in Korrak’s Revenge, which according to all official sources, including the in-game mount collection page, is supposed to reward the Stormpike Battle Charger (and it’s horde equivalent), however the mount was not added to my collection nor was it dropped in my inventory or into the post.
Considered completing the achievement on the horde side but it’s account-wide, so all my horde characters also have it. Relogging didn’t fix anything either.
Is this another Korrak’s revenge bug? Is there another hidden criteria? Or are the mounts simply no longer available this year?

It seems to be bugged from multiple forum threads over at US, submit an ingame bug report through the button as Support doesn’t monitor this:

Submitted one and then got booted out of my character soon after without losing connection to the internet or the server, so it seems like a GM might be taking a look. Hopefully will help them work on a fix.
Encountered this issue yesterday, earned the achievement, but received no mount reward, have been digging through forums ever since trying to figure out what to do on my end, as my ticket was automatically responded to with the “check the forums”. I’ve raised a bug for this as well, hopefully it gets enough traction as it would be a shame for people to have invested effort into a time-limited event for a mount, only to not get given the reward due to what seems to me, be an in-game bug, potentially related to the issue that caused the event to be taken down in the first place and re-launched this Wednesday.
Hopefully we get an update from them soon as all of the information out there is mixed, and frightfully conflicting.
Did the GM fix this for you? I got the same problem I raised a ticket and got a auto reply 2 hours later telling me to go on the support page for help…
I’m in the same boat sadly. Earned the achievement on one character but had no reward. Tried a support ticket but it was “auto-resolved” afew hours later with no mount in sight.
Everyone, currently a Hotfix is being tested that if you go past 200 badges you may be awarded the mount (this is not live yet).
They’re on top of the case and the mounts.
I see that this is from 2022… but I just checked my achievements… apparently I have the achievement. though… I don’t have the mount, was this fix ever implemented? or do I have to gain all the amount of badges without knowing?
